Godzilla: King of the Monsters
Bunker 09's map reveals that Monarch built three emergency bunkers in Brazil in decades prior. At some point before 2019, Monarch discovered Behemoth hibernating in Brazil near Rio de Janeiro, and built Outpost 58 around him to study and contain him.
After Ghidorah escapes from Outpost 32 in Antarctica, Monarch's satellite network seemingly loses track of him in a tropical storm while he's flying over Brazil, only realizing later that Ghidorah himself is generating the storm.
Shortly thereafter, when King Ghidorah awakens Titans around the world and commands them to rampage hyper-aggressively, Behemoth breaks loose from Outpost 58 and follows his new alpha's commands. A monitor displays Behemoth attacking Rio; news footage portrays Behemoth still in the ruins of the city during a later news report when the ORCA has driven Behemoth to cease his rampage and follow it towards Boston, although Monarch's digital map contradicts this by indicating Behemoth has moved further northwest into the State of Goiás. Monarch's map also indicates that Quetzalcoatl from the neighboring Peru had crossed the border and was in the southwestern tip of Brazil's State of Amazonas when the ORCA commanded it and Behemoth to stop.
