In 1987, Godzilla attacked Mumbai, destroying every building as while Ota Murakami and Kentaro Yoshihara were watching him. Later A.M.F. deployed Mechagodzilla in a steel box which fought the Godzilla.
As AMF deployed MechaGodzilla in Mumbai.
As they both fought, Ota followed Dr. Deverich to a warehouse where he discussed something with 2 black suited mens, possibly two buisness mens interested in his Psionic Transmitter. When the black suited mens left, Ota then jumped and pinned him to the ground before noticing that the machine was already activated, which results in the sending signal to the Extra Terrestrial Kaijus.

A SpaceGodzilla was the first one to pick up the signal and come to the battle field where Godzilla and MechaGodzilla were already fighting, the Space Godzilla brutally destroyed the MechaGodzilla and almost defeated Godzilla. Ota runned towards the damaged MechaGodzilla, rescued the pilot from MechaG's head and reactivating its attack towards the SpaceGodzilla's crystals through which it came to Earth. This process was successfully in weaking the SpaceGodzilla which results in the Godzilla using its atomic to kill and destroy SpaceGodzilla. Ota say the line "There were three Godzillas in Bombay that day, but only the true one walked away."
